Failure Analysis of a Soft Broken Roadway and a New Bolt-Grouting Support Technology

In this paper, taking a typical roadway in broken and soft rock strata No. 10 Mine of Pingdingshan coal field as an example, the deformation failure mechanism mass was deeply analyzed based on testing. Then technology high-strength prestressed bolt-grouting support, such new combined grouting bolt, hollow anchor cable, were developed. Based this, repair support scheme using designed for on-site roadway, successfully implemented field. The monitoring results after show that maximum surface convergence is 56 mm. force bolt 122 kN, cable 256 kN. can fill cracks borehole interstice at free part by materials. It effectively enhance self-bearing performance premise ensuring diffusion active supporting effect mass, then suppress roadway. research works provide references stable control design roadways strata.
